Dr. Meena Chintamaneni is a highly accomplished and respected pharma scientist with over two decades of experience in academia, research, and academic administration. She has received numerous awards, accolades, and recognitions for her contributions to the field and is highly sought-after for her expertise.

As the Pro Vice-Chancellor at NMIMS, Dr. Chintamaneni successfully manages seventeen schools and eight campuses across India, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and management skills. She is a renowned research guide with numerous publications and paper presentations of national and international acclaim.

Dr. Chintamaneni has served as a national coordinator for training programs and as an evaluator for the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC). She is a distinguished faculty member and PCI inspector, known for her in-depth knowledge of topics such as toxicity studies, clinical trial designs and ethics, and guidelines for preclinical and clinical studies. She is a proud member of several highly regarded professional organizations, including the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, All India Pharmacy Teacher's Association, and the Indian Pharmacological Association.

Dr. Abhishek Ranjan – Pro Vice Chancellor, SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed to-be University


Dr. Abhishek Ranjan, a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, is a seasoned academic leader with over 18 years of global experience in higher education. He has successfully managed multi-campus operations, fostered internationalization, and driven institutional growth through innovative strategies.

As Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor at Botho University, Dr. Ranjan established new campuses across Africa, enhancing enrolment, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. His leadership was pivotal in expanding the university's footprint and fostering institutional excellence.

Dr. Ranjan has served on national committees like Lesotho's Higher Education Quality Assurance Committee and the Ministry of Education's National Alignment Committee. A recognized quality assurance expert, he has conducted program audits and led capacity-building initiatives across Africa in collaboration with the Association of African Universities. As an ISO 9001:2008-certified Lead Auditor, he has developed robust quality management systems, ensuring institutions meet international standards.

An active scholar and speaker, Dr. Ranjan contributes to global dialogues on education reform, quality assurance, and digital transformation, shaping the future of higher education.

Professor Seema Mahajan is the Pro Vice Chancellor of NMIMS University and the Founding Director of the Pravin Dalal School of Entrepreneurship & Family Business Management. With over three decades of distinguished experience in higher education, she has played a pivotal role in shaping NMIMS into one of India’s leading multidisciplinary universities through her visionary leadership, academic excellence, and commitment to innovation.

A pioneer in entrepreneurship and family business education, Professor Mahajan has been instrumental in designing and leading industry-relevant programs that seamlessly integrate academic rigor with real-world business challenges. Under her leadership, the School has received several national and international accolades, including the prestigious AACSB Innovation That Inspires Award, and its MBA (Entrepreneurship & Family Business) programme has earned global recognition for its unique curriculum and experiential learning approach.

Professor Mahajan possesses a deep-rooted understanding of family-owned enterprises and their unique dynamics. Having worked closely with more than 400 business families, she brings profound insights into governance, succession planning, intergenerational relationships, and the strategic and operational complexities of family businesses. Her ability to engage deeply with entrepreneurial families has made her a trusted advisor, mentor, and thought leader in the family business ecosystem.

A strong advocate of global engagement, she has represented NMIMS on numerous international academic and industry platforms and has collaborated extensively with universities, governments, embassies, chambers of commerce, and industry bodies across Europe and Asia. An accomplished academician, Professor Mahajan has served as the Principal Investigator for the prestigious Global Leadership and Organizational Behaviour Effectiveness (GLOBE) research programme and has been invited as a keynote speaker at leading international institutions and conferences.
