About the Programme
 

Objective

The objective of these four M.Pharm programmes is to develop students, over a period of two years through rigorous industrial training and academics, to meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. Students will have interactions with professionals from Research Institutes and allied organizations like CDRI, NCL, NIPER etc.

Students will have a research project in their second year of the Programme in consultation with the pharma Industry and academia and will submit a dissertation based on this.

Pedagogy

The course will be predominantly based on presentations and interactions with a strong focus on the research components of Pharmacy. This Pedagogy enables students to take decisions based on their strong academic, practical and industrial background in the pharma sector.

The course is reviewed regularly in consultation with our Board of Studies, which comprises people from Pharma Industry, Research, FDA and Top Academicians from all over India. Thus the course is tailor made to fulfill the requirements of Pharma Scientists of the growing Pharma Industry Worldwide.

Unique features of the programme

The programme places a special emphasis on practical and industrial aspects of the pharmaceutical Industry with a focus to develop the technical and decision making skills of the students.
