Have become very focused and pragmatic in my outlook and finally realize that my business organization is an ENTITY in itself and I should facilitate its growth in a manner that it should benefit the stakeholders, employees and society in general. Thank you very much for providing the right levels of motivation and guidance.

First of all I would like to say that the program started making me think. I was actually becoming complacent with the way the business was being managed. All in all the program has definitely started making me think & plan for the future & given me the boost I required to think big!
Ms. Manjiri Naik
Aquachem Enviro Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
(2007 -2008 Batch)

This course has been a boon to me. It has given me direction and made me thinking about my business and my initiative in it. It has given me a dream to make my business bigger. Because of Dr. Kacholia’s suggestions we have also started thinking of setting up a processing unit. Earlier I used to go to office just as a compulsion but now I go there for my passion.
Ms. Mona Mehta

This program has introduced me to concepts used in professional management practice which I was completely unaware of. It has opened up my mind tremendously and instigated me to look at my business differently, think differently, analyze differently and approach things differently. It has made me far more aware of our shortcomings, how much there is to learn, organize, systematize, plan, think, do!  Thank you for a great experience!
Ms. Mona Shetty

This course has been an eye-opener for me and my family members in the business. Many things of which we were unaware are taken into account. We have changed as following:

5) Exploring new markets (Domestic & export) 6) Thinking of new products & diversification.
This course has exposed us to the real and business world.

The most important thing that I have learnt from this course is that it has given me self-confidence to run my business. To look at business in a broader way and not just in a linear way. It was only after I joined F-MBA that I implemented SWOT & it has helped me a lot.
Mr. Callistus Rasquinha

I would like to convey that NMIMS has cultivated great amount of personal and professional qualities in me. Earlier, we used to operate business in a very traditional way. But, after attending the F-MBA course, my vision towards business has totally changed. It has taught me the wider prospective, good amount of maturity, which I would have gained in later part of my life.
