AHAAR: Meal for poor at 10 cents has won first prize

Our team AHAAR: Meal for poor at 10 cents has won first prize at 'Global Social Entrepreneurship Competition' organized by Fosters Business School, University of Washington, Seattle, USA. The team competed against leading B-Schools in the world like Kellogs, University of Alberta, Singapore Management University, Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, USA; Johns Hopkins School of Public Health; Yale School of Medicine, USA; IMANI (Ghana); Dartmouth University (USA); University of Buckingham (UK); University of British Columbia; University of Washington, Seattle, USA, NITIE & SP Jain Institute of Management Studies & Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

The team was represented by Mr. Rahul Kumar Agarwal; Mr. Ankit Jain; Mr. Sidharth Bedi and Mr Sreejith NG.

The team has brought laurels for the School of Business Management, NMIMS University and for our country too.

The Global Social Entrepreneurship Competition (GSEC) invites students from around the world—and across different fields of study—to find creative, unorthodox solutions to problems of poverty in the developing world.

Chakde India! We are proud of the team. Not just because they have won, but they have shown that Social Entrepreneurs can Change the World.
